Distraction-locked. Not as a setting — as the design.

The app follows the vehicle’s actual operating states. Parked, it’s a full tool. Loading, it’s one tap per student. Moving, it goes quiet — no prompts, no taps, nothing to answer. Massachusetts wrote the law; we built the interface around it.

Parents watch the van approach on a live map. The pickup notification fires the moment the driver taps the student aboard — not on a schedule, not an estimate. Drop-off works the same way. Absences get reported in the app and land in dispatch and billing at once.

Your rate schedule, modeled exactly. Not approximately.

Districts don’t write simple contracts. Mileage schedules on one route, floor schedules on another, a monitor modifier here, a wheelchair rate there, and five different opinions about what an absence costs. Busitive models the rules as the district wrote them — and every invoice line traces to a ride record.

The registry is built for 7D vehicles — PUPIL plates, wheelchair equipment, child-reminder systems, inspection and registration expiry. When a pre-trip finds a defect, the vehicle is out of service until someone deals with it. Not a reminder. A gate.
